The opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and expand our web-based publishing platform suite, which supports Supersonic and our partner game studios in launching, scaling, and managing top-performing mobile games.

You’ll take ownership of the following core products:

Games Back-office – performance dashboards, build management, live-ops controls

Creative Management Platform (CMP) – creative production tools, A/B testing, asset libraries

Cross-Channel UA Platform – campaign creation, budget orchestration, predictive bidding

Studio Onboarding & Tooling – self-serve flows, SDK integrations, partner analytics

Admin & Governance – roles, permissions, billing, compliance

You’ll partner with Business, Creative, Game, Design, and R&D teams to turn insights into impactful product decisions that drive both revenue and long-term retention.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage complicated products and infrastructure in terms of functionality, UI/UX and performance.
Identify significant opportunities, and drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
Lead and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintain team health.
Monitor progress of initiatives through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities and keeping stakeholders informed.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of product management experience.
Experience working on complex web platforms.
Demonstrated ability to take a product from concept to launch, owning the full lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional squads.
Strong leadership, prioritization, and execution skills; comfort with ambiguity and change.
Excellent English.

You might also have

Mobile gaming or online advertising domain expertise (publisher, developer, or ad-tech).
Proven success shipping data-driven SaaS or platform products to a large external audience.
End-to-end ownership of at least one product generating significant commercial impact.
SQL proficiency and appetite for digging into data to inform decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
