Position: Cybersecurity and Information Security Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cybersecurity Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and building defenses for operating systems, network infrastructure, code, and applications. You will define work methodologies for security and communication systems, including policy, guidance, and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement protective measures for operating systems, networks, code, and applications
• Define policies, guidelines, and controls for security and communication systems
• Monitor events to detect potential attacks
• Perform continuous monitoring and control of security tools in the organization
• Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of security tool rules and configurations
• Provide guidance on response and handling of security incidents
• Advise teams across the organization on security best practices for infrastructure and application layers
• Support and follow up on security assessments and remediation of findings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity and information security implementation - Must
• Experience defining policies and implementing rule sets for security products – Must
• Hands-on experience with security operation tools such as EDR, DLP, RBI, Proxy, Mail Relay, Firewalls, F5 – Must
• Experience operating vulnerability scanning tools, monitoring solutions, NDR, attack simulation tools, and tracking firewall rules – Must
• Expertise in reviewing and optimizing security configurations and rules – Must
• Experience managing and supporting information security projects
• Experience collaborating with infrastructure, development, and external teams
• In-depth knowledge of information security in operating systems and network communication
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with a service-oriented mindset
