We're looking for a Project Manager- AS/400 Domain.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the core systems division at a large company at

Tel-Aviv, focusing on one of the organization’s most central systems-the pharmaceutical data management system.

This system manages the detailed drug database, including members’ eligibility for medications, drug authorization processes, and drug dispensing. It is a highly integrated system, interfacing with both administrative and clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, complex, and highly integrated projects
• Collect and analyze user requirements (including work with senior management and key users)
• Perform system and business process integration across various teams and systems
• Define system interfaces and map business processes
• Design the business application architecture
• Write high-level design documents (HLD)
• Provide ongoing support for system components and ensure high-quality service to users

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering and Management- mandatory
• Experience working with AS/400 systems- advantage
• 3–5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects- mandatory
• Hands-on experience in systems analysis- mandatory
• Experience defining customer needs, writing system requirements, and specifying system-level changes- mandatory
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and full software development life cycle (SDLC)- mandatory
• Background in software development- mandatory
• Understanding of AI capabilities- advantage
