Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept through execution in a fast-paced, innovative technology environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about bringing together hardware, software, and AI components into cohesive product solutions. You will play a critical role in aligning engineering, product, and operations teams, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables across multiple domains.

While experience in autonomous navigation systems is a plus, our primary need is for someone with a strong track record managing multidisciplinary products, ideally at the intersection of embedded systems, real-time software, and hardware integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project lifecycle end-to-end: scope definition, scheduling, execution, risk management, delivery, and post-release support.
• Drive execution across engineering, product, QA, hardware, and operations teams, ensuring clear ownership, alignment, and accountability.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps and sprint plans.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, and delivery timelines.
• Lead regular syncs with stakeholders, including status updates, milestone reviews, and risk escalations.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, including third-party vendors or offshore contractors.
• Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Support onboarding and scaling of new systems and process frameworks as the company grows.
  
  

• 6+ years of technical project management experience in high-tech environments.
• Proven experience managing cross-disciplinary projects involving both hardware and software, ideally in embedded, robotics, or IoT systems.
• Familiarity with product development cycles, including prototype, production, QA, and release stages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – from engineers to executives.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to anticipate issues and drive resolution.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Gantt tools, and/or Agile PM platforms.
• Technical background (BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) required.
