Senior Product Manager – AI & Algorithms

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who’s deeply motivated by impact in healthcare, and who brings strong technical fluency in data, algorithms, and AI/ML systems

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven products that sit at the intersection of clinical science, AI, and user experience. You’ll lead the full product lifecycle- from strategic definition through to day-to-day execution, working closely with clinicians, data scientists, and engineers to turn cutting-edge technology into real-world outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Impact & Product Vision

• Define and drive product strategy focused on improving patient care and clinical workflows.
• Align technical capabilities with clinical needs and healthcare realities, bringing AI-powered solutions to market responsibly.
  
  

• Lead development of intelligent product features- from ideation to launch. Balancing usability, technical complexity, and clinical value.
• Write product requirements that consider regulatory standards, data dependencies, and scalability.
  
  

• Partner with data scientists and engineers to shape how models are trained, evaluated, and productized.
• Guide how patient data is collected, structured, and leveraged to create actionable insights.
  
  

• Deeply understand the needs of clinicians and patients through direct feedback and behavioral data.
• Synthesize insights from user interviews, experiments, and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
  
  

• Collaborate across Clinical, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Build trust and alignment across stakeholders with clarity, empathy, and data.
  
  

• Define and track key product and model metrics- including accuracy, engagement, outcomes, and efficiency.
• Use A/B testing and experimentation to validate assumptions and drive iteration.
  
  

• Help foster a culture of excellence and curiosity on the product team.
• Mentor other PMs in technical understanding and customer-centric thinking.
  
  

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technical products in data, ML, or platform domains.
• Technical background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (MS/PhD) a plus.
• Proven experience collaborating with data/ML teams on model development and integration.
• Experience in health tech or regulated environments strongly preferred; understanding of clinical workflows a major advantage.
• Ability to translate between technical and clinical domains to create solutions that are both powerful and practical.
• Strong communicator and collaborator with a user-first mindset and strategic orientation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development in fast-paced environments.
