System Analyst

We’re looking for a Business & Systems Analyst to join a cross-functional team that leads the development of enterprise-grade platforms supporting internal product and tech teams.

As part of our tribe, you'll take part in shaping and driving strategic platforms such as customer-facing data distribution systems, self-service tools, and core API infrastructure. What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end analysis of complex, cross-organizational business and technology processes
• Translate needs into system and process designs that serve multiple internal stakeholders
• Work closely with developers, architects, product leads, and business owners
• Own the maturity and implementation of tech and business solutions
• Operate in an Agile environment with dynamic priorities and evolving project scopes
• Collaborate on future-state (TO-BE) architecture planning

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a systems analyst – required
• Proven ability to analyze processes across systems and business domains
• Strong technical understanding and system-wide thinking
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable solutions
• Independent, proactive, and curious mindset – someone who loves learning and solving
• Advantage: Experience in large enterprise systems or familiarity with complex architectures
• Advantage: Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
• Strong communication skills, a team player with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple interfaces
