Senior Full-Stack Developer

AppliedABC is revolutionizing the ABA therapy industry with our innovative digital platform. We help ABA agencies improve patient outcomes while maintaining financial health through comprehensive clinical and administrative functionality. 

Role Overview 

We're building and launching a SaaS platform for ABA therapy and looking to scale our development team. We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build our groundbreaking ABA therapy platform. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on healthcare technology while working directly with our founding team. 

Requirements 

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience 
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C# or similar technology stack 
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) 
• Professional English communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience 
• Driven and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills 
• Must be available during core overlap hours for team collaboration 

Nice to Have 

• Experience incorporating AI into modern software development 
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices 
• Proficiency in modern CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines 
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) 
• Experience with NextJS or similar SSR tooling
• Healthcare or practice management software experience 

Location 

We're primarily seeking candidates in South East Florida or Tel Aviv Metro Area, but are open to other locations for exceptional candidates. All team members must have availability during core overlap hours for effective collaboration.
