Recruiting Team Lead

Join Shavit Software, a growing recruitment company specializing in tech talent. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Recruitment Team Lead to join our management team and lead a group of talented tech recruiters.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of tech recruiters – hands-on and strategically
• Set goals, monitor performance, and foster professional growth
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and clients
• Drive recruitment processes from sourcing to successful placement
• Identify and implement sourcing strategies and best practices
• Take part in business development and expanding our client portfolio
• Work closely with management to shape our recruitment roadmap

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in tech recruitment – must
• Previous leadership experience – advantage
• Strong understanding of the tech industry and various tech roles
• Passion for people, performance, and professional development
• Independent, proactive, and business-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Native-level Hebrew, strong English – must
