About the Role
A unique opportunity to join a leading company in Poland under IBI Investment House. A business loan fund in Poland specializing in investments in non-bank bridging loans.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of financial reports, profitability reports, foreign currency hedging, and valuations
- Ongoing financial controls
- Managing a team of employees
- Compliance with IFRS
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience as a Controller or Auditor from one of the Big 4 accounting firms – Mandatory
- Experience in credit – Mandatory
- High-level English proficiency – Mandatory
- Knowledge of Polish – Significant advantage
Personal Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and verbal expression
- Willingness to learn deeply
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks and a heavy workload
- Strong work ethic
Willingness to relocate to Poland. Excellent relocation terms will be provided for suitable candidates.
