Algorithm Engineer – Signal Processing & AI

We're looking for a highly experienced Algorithm Engineer to join our advanced development team. This is a unique opportunity for a senior professional with a strong background in signal processing and AI, who thrives on solving complex algorithmic challenges and bringing research into production.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop advanced algorithms in the fields of signal processing and artificial intelligence

Research and implement innovative approaches based on academic papers and industry practices

Work in high-performance computing environments (including GPU-based acceleration)

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring algorithmic ideas into production-level code

Develop in Python or C, depending on application and performance needs

Requirements:

M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field – strongly preferred

10+ years of experience in algorithm development

Proven background in signal processing and AI/ML-based algorithms

Hands-on experience with GPU environments – strong advantage

Familiarity with CUDA – major plus

Proficient in Python and/or C

Strong ability to read academic papers and translate them into practical solutions
