Product Specialist for Ophthalmology

Taro Pharmaceutical Industries is hiring Product Specialist for Ophthalmology

The position combines fieldwork and office work.

•Territory management (working with HCPs and customers in the field) along with office tasks

•Build and present a strategic business marketing plan (Brand plan) and execute it.

•Market analysis and working with physicians, specialists, and KOL's.

•Work according to planned objectives, quality, and quantity. Arrange creative activities within budget specifications.

•Prepare and Implement marketing material (prepare presentations, Brochures, etc.) and get the relevant regulation approvals

•Presenting relevant marketing and clinical information to the team

•Handling scientific materials independently

•Identifying objections and weak points of the product, which arise from the field and building a coping strategy accordingly

•Working in collaboration with colleagues within the team & company and with external service providers for administrative handling of product needs.

•Participation in conferences

Requirements:

•At least 5 years experience as a medical representative/ 2 years as a product specialist in a Pharma company.

•Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or Para-Medicine – minimum.

•Experience in building marketing plans.

•Full proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).

•Self-responsibility; Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

•Flexibility for the needs of the product, the team, and the company.

•High level of English

•Ability to present professional and marketing content in front of an audience ( in English and Hebrew).

•Creativity and personal expression ability ; High interpersonal and communication skills.
