In partnership with our official distributor in Israel, we are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our technical-commercial team.

🌍 Responsibilities:

• Support in troubleshooting on-site HVAC quality issues.

• Gather and analyze technical problems from the distributor and coordinate root cause analysis and solutions with HQ engineering teams.

• Prepare technical materials such as product comparison tables and new product proposals.

• Join meetings with consultants and contractors together with the distributor and present tailored solutions.

• Conduct professional product training sessions for distributor representatives and contractors.

• Identify and lead new business opportunities, especially with consultants.

• Assist in Spec-in processes with contractors and consultants (integrating the product into project design and specifications).

• Participate in commissioning processes (on-site testing and activation) based on distributor requests.

• Review updated catalogues and technical data from HQ and communicate key insights to the local distributor.

✅ Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the HVAC / Chiller industry.

• Advantage: Hands-on experience with Water Source systems.

• Willingness to travel abroad (including HQ and regional offices).

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication skills in English.
