*Engineering Assistant - Maintenance & Operations*
For projects involving maintenance & operations of industrial buildings, national infrastructure, & public institutions, an engineering consulting firm is seeking:
*Position Requirements:*
*Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - *required*!
* Minimum of **3 years of engineering work experience** (of any kind) related to large-scale commercial spaces, infrastructure, or public institutions.
* Experience working with planning teams, clients, and developers.
* *Fluent Hebrew* required.
* Ability to read specifications & agreements, draft guidance programs for consultants and planners, produce Excel reports, defect reports, and cost estimates for short- and long-term maintenance.
* Ability to prepare summaries & follow-up reports, control schedules, track changes, and maintain thorough project documentation.
*Role Details:*
* Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday.
* Job location: Office based in central Tel Aviv.
* Immediate start.
