Project Lead Customer Relationship Management

Job Description:

A leading insurance company based in Tel Aviv is seeking a Project Manager in the Digital Field, with significant experience working with CRM Dynamics systems. Applicants with relevant experience as CRM Dynamics Implementers may also be considered.

The role includes managing and leading technological projects in the digital and CRM domains, working with multiple interfaces, defining requirements, implementing, and supporting cross-organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing digital projects with a focus on CRM Dynamics systems
• Defining and implementing solutions according to business needs
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Writing requirement documents, managing schedules, scopes, and budgets
• Leading system implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with CRM Dynamics – mandatory
• Experience in project management or implementing IT systems – mandatory
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong system thinking, and leadership skills
• Relevant academic education – advantage
