We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take full ownership of user acquisition across platforms. If you’re hands-on, growth-obsessed, and ready to lead in a high-impact environment—we want to meet you.

What you’ll do:

• Lead all paid marketing efforts across Google, Meta & more

• Manage budgets, strategies & KPIs at scale

• Collaborate with creative, content & product teams

• Spot growth opportunities and scale what works

What you bring:

• 4+ years in performance marketing with hands-on campaign management

• Expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads (must)

• Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking

• Bonus: experience in content/search arbitrage or team leadership
