Strategic Consultant

A leading financial institution is seeking a highly capable and experienced Strategic Consultant to join its Strategy & Operating Model team within the Retail Division. This is a key role for a strong professional who brings hands-on experience in strategic planning and project execution, and is looking to grow within a dynamic, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do:

Lead end-to-end strategic and cross-functional business projects

Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry research (local and global)

Drive the division’s annual strategic planning process

Collaborate directly with senior executives across Client, Sales & Service functions

Define and manage IT project budgets and track performance

Ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with divisional goals and operating model

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering – required

Master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics – an advantage

2–3 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic project management – required

Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations

Experience in product management – a plus
