Chief Information Security Officer

CISO Opportunity – Central Role in a Large-Scale Organization

We are looking for a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

to lead the information security domain in a complex, multi-layered environment that spans retail, digital, cloud, and on-prem infrastructures.

This strategic position involves working closely with senior leadership, technology teams, legal, compliance, and cybersecurity professionals to shape and execute the organization's InfoSec strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement an enterprise-wide security strategy aligned with regulatory and business needs
• Lead Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities including audits, risk assessments, and policy management
• Oversee cloud and infrastructure security (GCP, on-prem, O365, SaaS platforms)
• Manage product security and secure SDLC processes (including APIs, penetration testing, and privacy compliance)
• Operate and enhance SOC, SIEM, DLP, IAM, and cyber threat intelligence capabilities
• Promote a strong organizational security culture through awareness, training, and leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, including 2+ years in a senior management capacity
• Proven background in cloud environments (GCP/Azure/O365), endpoint protection, and digital infrastructure
• Deep understanding of security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, local privacy laws)
• Relevant certifications (CISSP / CISM / CISA / ISO Lead Auditor) – strong advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience reporting to executive stakeholders
