Junior Recruiter

ClickWise, a rapidly growing performance marketing company, is looking for a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our HR team and help us attract and hire top-tier talent across various domains including digital marketing, tech, and creative roles.

Responsibilities:



· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in digital marketing, content, PPC, SEO, social media, creative, and tech

· Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and job descriptions

· Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, and other creative sourcing strategies

· Conduct screening calls and interviews, evaluating both technical and cultural fit

· Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

· Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)

· Experience recruiting for digital marketing or tech roles – strong advantage

· Proven sourcing capabilities and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· High level of English, both spoken and written – must

· Independent, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
