Project Manager – Military Aircraft

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead production and development projects at our IAI’s Golan Industries plant , part of the Military Aircraft Division in Ramat HaGolan.

The Position includes:

• Lead and manage production and development projects
• Full responsibility for production and development plans
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including transition from development to production
• Plan, monitor, and manage all project stages – from order receipt through customer delivery and ongoing support
• Collaborate closely with various departments: engineering, quality, procurement, operations, warehousing, and more
• Ensure projects meet success metrics and performance indicators
• Conduct continuous risk management and develop mitigation strategies to meet project goals
• Prepare customer price proposals
• Serve as the main point of contact for external clients, including support for marketing efforts related to new and upgraded products

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – required
• At least 1 year of proven project management experience – required
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
