We're looking for a Project Manager to lead production and development projects at our IAI’s Golan Industries plant , part of the Military Aircraft Division in Ramat HaGolan.
The Position includes:
- Lead and manage production and development projects
- Full responsibility for production and development plans
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including transition from development to production
- Plan, monitor, and manage all project stages – from order receipt through customer delivery and ongoing support
- Collaborate closely with various departments: engineering, quality, procurement, operations, warehousing, and more
- Ensure projects meet success metrics and performance indicators
- Conduct continuous risk management and develop mitigation strategies to meet project goals
- Prepare customer price proposals
- Serve as the main point of contact for external clients, including support for marketing efforts related to new and upgraded products
What We’re Looking For:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – required
- At least 1 year of proven project management experience – required
- Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
