We are seeking a seasoned IT Manager to become part of our team. This individual will oversee the comprehensive management and efficient functioning of all IT-related operations and systems, as well as the administration of IT vendors for the office. Their responsibilities will include strategizing, developing, deploying, and maintaining all IT systems and services, while providing valuable IT insights to senior leadership. The IT Manager will also deliver technical assistance to staff and, in collaboration with our legal department, guarantee the company’s IT infrastructure is secure and adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for our employees
• Oversee the maintenance, installation, and high availability of all in-office IT systems, including local networks, network appliances, NAS, and other infrastructure
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, review users and permissions regularly, licensing, budgeting, equipment management, and execute other related procedures required by our security procedures
• Own procurement, licensing, deployment, budgeting, automation, compliance, cross-platform integrations, and maintenance of office software applications and hardware, including Google Workspace, jumpCloud, Slack, Office 365, and others
• Build relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure services/products are delivered as agreed
• Maintain the security of the IT infrastructure with the help of a 3rd party security firm and lead office IT topics in ISO 27001 audits and other auditory and compliance functions
• Work with our legal team to ensure we are compliant with all applicable local and international InfoSec laws and regulations

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of strong experience in IT management
• Strong technical skills in networking, systems administration, security, and industry best practices
• Prioritization of core IT functions, leaving room to work on industry & company-wide policies
• Excellent project management, time management, and record-keeping skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (big advantage)
• Demonstrated knowledge of recognized security industry standards, certifications and leading practices (e.g., SOX, ISO27001/2/3, ISO 27018, PCI, OWASP, NIST, DIA, CIS, etc.)
• Strong experience with IT/ Office software & operating systems: Jira, Jumpcloud, Google Workspace, SIEMs, and SMPs (inc. SSO best practices)
• Experience working remotely with international offices
