We’re looking for a Business Development & Marketing Specialist to join Schindler – a leading financial services firm supporting startups, multinationals, and R&D centers in Israel.

Whether you're at the beginning of your journey or already have experience, if you bring energy, creativity, and a deep interest in the Israeli innovation ecosystem – we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead relationships with the startup community: startups, accelerators, VCs, partners, and more
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key ecosystem players
• Initiate and drive marketing and sales activities to generate quality leads
• Connect entrepreneurs, investors, and service providers
• Source new business opportunities via social media and online platforms
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social, email, web, etc.)
• Represent Schindler at industry events, conferences, and meetups

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role
• Familiarity with the startup/VC/accelerator landscape – a big plus
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with social media, marketing tools, and databases
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – both spoken and written (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• Creative, analytical thinker with a passion for making things happen
