Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend NodeJS Developer located in the Jerusalem District, Israel. The Backend NodeJS Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side web application logic, ensuring the seamless integration of front-end elements, collaborating with front-end developers, and optimizing application performance. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient code, developing APIs, and troubleshooting and debugging applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Proficiency in JavaScript (NodeJS) and related frameworks
• Understanding of Front-End Development concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud-based server infrastructure (e.g AWS, Google Cloud)
• Experience with Linux environment and containers (docker)
• Experience in Agile development, including CI, CD, and automated testing
• Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience with SOA, microservices and Kubernetes is an advantage
• Experience with high-scale production environments is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is an advantage
