Are you a technically savvy, customer-facing professional excited to shape a new role at a high-growth B2B startup? IO River is looking for a Solutions Architect to lead both pre-sale and post-sale technical engagements, serving as the key technical voice within our sales organization.

Position:  Solutions Architect,  Location: Israel - Tel-Aviv, Type: Full-Time - On-Site 

About the Role:

• Own and execute all pre-sale and post-sale technical activities in collaboration with the Sales and Engineering teams.
• Act as the key technical voice  within the sales organization, effectively communicating the value and capabilities of IO River’s platform.
• Work closely with company leadership, customers, and partners to design solutions, ensure successful onboarding, and support ongoing technical needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Solution Engineer, preferably in companies working with CDNs, Edge platforms, or related technologies. 
• Strong technical understanding of CDN, WAF, DNS, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed through tailored technical solutions.
• Fluent  English (spoken and written)
