System Administrator

We're Hiring: System Administrator

Hybrid (3 days on-site)

We’re looking for a talented and hands-on System Administrator to join a dynamic global IT Infrastructure team. In this role, you’ll manage both on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring availability, scalability, and top-notch performance for internal systems and users worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and maintain server and storage infrastructure (on-site and cloud-based)
• Install, configure, and support operating systems and enterprise applications
• Provide Tier-3 support and resolve complex technical challenges
• Monitor and manage system availability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT with business goals
• Drive process improvements and automation using scripting tools
• Support hybrid cloud architecture and system integrations

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience managing VMware vSphere (6.x/7.x)
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and macOS (including Jamf Pro)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure (Entra ID, Intune), and AWS (EC2, S3, Route53, FSx)
• Familiarity with storage solutions (NetApp, QNAP) and backup systems (Commvault/Metallic – a plus)
• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python for automation
• High-level troubleshooting skills in complex production environments
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – a must
