Sales Service Representative

Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with at least 2 years of proven experience in the safety or security products industry. The ideal candidate should have a background in B2B and or b2c sales or sales need to be comfortable working with CRM systems to manage leads and track sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new intentional B2B /b2g/b2c  sales opportunities
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Promote SkySaver safety products to potential clients through presentations, demos, and meetings
• Maintain accurate records and pipelines using CRM software
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the safety, security, or emergency equipment industry
• Background in sales 
• Proven ability to manage and track sales through CRM systems
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional language skills
• Familiarity with technical aspects of safety/rescue equipment
