Human Resources Information System Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the analysis and implementation of the ORACLE Fusion Cloud HCM module, including the design of new business processes and ORACLE-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and support new enhancements in ORACLE HCM, ensuring optimal alignment with business needs.
• Write detailed System Requirements Documents (SRD) for new enhancements and projects.
• Review, enhance, and validate Business Requirements Documents (BRD) for new initiatives across the organization.
• Document system processes and changes clearly and thoroughly.
• Ensure ongoing production system stability.
• Provide accurate time estimates for new analysis and implementation tasks.
• Perform unit testing to validate development work.
• Support activities related to information security, permission management, risk and regulation (e.g., ISOX), and version control.
• Implement project developments according to scope, timeline, and resource constraints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ORACLE Fusion Cloud HCM implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes within the ORACLE HCM module.
• High-level proficiency in business English – both verbal and written.
• Experience working in a global environment – an advantage.
