The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our Bio-AI Clinical Prediction Platform as well as our Individual drug safety product. This is a critical leadership role that will drive the product roadmap, collaborate across scientific, engineering, and commercial teams, and ensure our platform continues to set new benchmarks in AI-driven drug safety and development. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define, articulate, and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Quris.ai's Bio-AI Clinical safety Platform as well as Individual Drug Safety offering, aligning it with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Market & Customer Insight: Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and uncover new opportunities for product differentiation and innovation within the biopharmaceutical, drug development and longevity landscape.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization through development, launch, adoption, and iteration. This includes defining clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with R&D, AI/ML, Engineering, Data Science, Biology, Business development and Commercial teams to translate complex scientific and technical capabilities into clear, compelling product features and solutions. Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Partner with marketing, sales, and business development to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion. Act as a product evangelist, communicating value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Performance Measurement & Optimization: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions.
• Regulatory & Ethical Considerations: Work closely with legal, compliance and regulation teams to ensure product development adheres to relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA) and ethical AI practices in a highly sensitive domain.
  
  

• Education: Master's degree in Life-Science (e.g., Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology); PhD/MD/MBA is an advantage.
• Experience:
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Background in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology industries is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML-powered products.
• Experience with drug discovery, preclinical development, or clinical prediction platforms as well as familiarity with "organ-on-a-chip" or similar micro physiological systems is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing new B2B or B2B2C solutions to market, particularly in the AI/ML space.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI/ML methodologies, data science principles, and software development processes. Ability to engage in in-depth technical discussions with engineers and data scientists.
• Domain Expertise: Solid grasp of the drug development lifecycle, including preclinical testing, clinical trials, and regulatory pathways. Understanding of the challenges and pain points in drug safety and efficacy prediction.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, define long-term product roadmaps, and translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear, actionable product plans.
• Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and technical details to diverse audiences, from scientific experts to business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into innovative product solutions that deliver tangible value.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Travel: Flexibility to travel frequently to Israel-US (depending on candidate location).
