We are seeking an experienced, highly-motivated, independent, and responsible Senior Payroll and Bookkeeper to join our Financial Department. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional, with a keen eye for details, ready to take a significant part in managing all financial operations and working in a team-oriented environmentWhat you will do:

• Manage and hands-on all aspects of bookkeeping and reporting (on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis) for the Israeli entity
• Manage and hands on all aspects of payroll, reporting, and reconciliations (National Insurance, Income Tax authorities) including analysis reports
• Be fully responsible for preparing monthly salaries, and providing a professional response to employees in salary matters, while collaborating with all relevant departments
• Manage ongoing communication with tax authorities (ITA, VAT, National Insurance) and external auditors
• Own responsibility for monthly and annual reports to the Tax authorities (VAT, ITA, etc)
• Take a significant part in ad -hoc audits and projects (IT authorities and etc)
• Manage Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial closing processes and reporting

What you need:

• Senior financial manager with bookkeeper certification (type3 minimum) and payroll controller certification
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll accounting, with a minimum of 8 years
• Highly experienced with ERP system - NetSuite
• Highly experienced in payroll systems- Hilan, Hashavit
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Experience working in a global/tech company
• Strong understanding of accounting and taxation principles and practices, US GAAP
• Deep knowledge of Israeli labor laws
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Be Highly organized and reliable with high attention to details
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a finance team
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Communicational skills (verbal and written) Hebrew and English
