End-to-End Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end system analysis including high-level design, functional specifications, and technical specifications.
• Analysis and definition of business and technological processes.
• Work with back-end and cross-domain integrative systems operating on various platforms.
• Support throughout the development and testing processes.
• Provide ongoing support for issues and new business requirements.

Education / Professional Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems, or equivalent experience combined with a comprehensive Systems Analysis course.

Required Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in system analysis of integrative systems and business processes (core systems, not web or mobile, non-digital).
• Proven experience in writing complex technical and functional specifications – mandatory.
• Experience in defining REST/SOAP services – mandatory.
• High-level proficiency in SQL – mandatory.
• Familiarity with AS400 systems.
• Familiarity with DB2 / ORACLE databases.
• Ability to read and analyze existing code (JAVA, COBOL) – an advantage.
• Background in development and strong technological knowledge – an advantage.
• Experience in project management – an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology – an advantage.
• Knowledge of insurance and long-term savings systems – an advantage.
• Familiarity with pension clearinghouse processes / standardized formats / transfer procedures – a significant advantage.
• Ability to manage and lead projects across various departments – an advantage.
