Utron is looking for a Legal Consultant to join our company.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts ,agreements, and legal documents Various commercial contract review and drafting
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and company policies
• Manage legal risks and provide strategic guidance to international stakeholders
• Negotiations with third parties
• Work with various departments on a range of legal contracts including NDAs, Projects, Finance, marketing and sales agreements
  
  

• Licensed attorney
• 3-4 years’ experience as a Legal Counsel/Commercial Lawyer, preferably in global or project companies
• Strong knowledge of contract laws , compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Excellent organizational skills- ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong business, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
