LOGISTICS CORDINATOR

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to support the operational growth of our firm expanding its footprint in Israel.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations
• Manage shipping schedules, transportation, and supply chain communications
• Track orders, inventory, and delivery timelines to ensure timely execution
• Liaise with vendors, couriers, and internal project teams across borders
• Resolve shipment or scheduling issues proactively and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, shipments, and logistics processes
  
  

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in logistics and inventory tools or software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Must be based in Israel and flexible with working across time zones
