We are looking for a strategic, resourceful, and results-driven Sourcing Manager to support the expansion of our company as it grows its operations in Israel.
This is a role ideal for someone with a sharp eye for quality, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for building reliable supply and vendor networks across borders.
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and engage suppliers and vendors across various categories
- Build and manage a strong supplier pipeline aligned with project needs and standards
- Conduct supplier audits, cost analysis, and risk assessments
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure optimal value and quality
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and project teams to align sourcing with overall objectives
- Maintain sourcing databases, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize procurement strategies
- Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in procurement/sourcing tools or platforms
- Familiarity with international supply chain dynamics is a plus
- Must be based in Israel
