Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer Team Leader located in Dimona. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day mechanical engineering tasks, machine design, CAD, project management, and leading R&D initiatives within the team.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Experience in production environment.
• Research and Development (R&D) expertise
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in the battery or energy industry is a plus
• Ability to conduct oneself independently
• experience in operating production equipment is a plus.
• expertise in designing jigs to streamline production.
