🚀 We're hiring a CTO / Founding Tech Lead @ SafeAI

🌍 Full-Time | Remote | Equity-Based

SafeAI is building a groundbreaking AI companion app to help people cope with anxiety, stress, and loneliness. Backed by a strong team (incl. former Head of Mental Health in the IDF), we’re blending AI + human care to create a safe, global mental health space.

We’re looking for a hands-on CTO to lead our tech—from Unity-based 3D development to AI integration and mobile architecture.

🧠 About the Role:

You’ll be our first tech leader, taking ownership of the development and architecture. You’ll work side by side with our product and clinical teams to deliver an emotionally intelligent mobile experience.

Key tech domains:

• Unity (Mobile, 3D environments)
• AI integration (LLMs, voice, behavioral modeling)
• Mobile-first architecture (iOS/Android)
• Scalable infrastructure
• End-to-end development of our core product

💡 You Are:

• An experienced, hands-on developer (full-stack or mobile-focused)
• Fluent in Unity + 3D (experience with animations or avatar systems = big plus)
• Excited by the intersection of mental health & technology
• Ready to lead and build your own team in the near future
