Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, installation guides, API documentation, and software/hardware documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and ensure accuracy and clarity
- Develop user-facing content such as guides, tutorials, presentations, videos, and other instructional materials
- Manage and update existing documentation to reflect product and technology changes
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and high-quality standards across all written materials
Requirements:
- Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of hardware, including installation processes and troubleshooting
- Very good command of English – both written and verbal
