We are looking for a Cybersecurity and Information Security Team Leader to join a large, high-impact defense organization in Ramla.

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the organization’s application-level cyber infrastructure, lead a team of experts, and drive strategic cybersecurity initiatives.

👥 Team size: 10 skilled professionals

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of application-level cybersecurity experts
• Oversee security of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and databases
• Promote secure development practices and guide R&D teams according to SDLC principles
• Lead and initiate cyber projects, design cross-organizational architecture, and implement innovative solutions
• Mentor and develop team members toward technical excellence
• Write technical documentation, policies, procedures, and professional guidelines

🎯 Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience managing and leading teams
• Strong technical background in OS, cybersecurity, and SDLC
• Proven ability to manage interfaces and lead organizational processes
• Excellent architectural skills and a broad system-wide perspective
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High-level proficiency in writing technical documents and security policies
