About the Role

We’re hiring a storyteller at heart and a builder by instinct — someone who will own all things video at enso from day one.

This is not a content lead role. It’s not about blogs, emails, or static assets.

This is a Video Lead role — focused 100% on performance-driven video that moves fast and delivers results.

What You’ll Do

• Own the entire video function at enso — strategy, production, and creative direction
• Produce high-performing content across formats: ads, explainers, UGC, testimonials, and short-form video
• Source and manage creators, editors, freelancers, and other production talent
• Work closely with the Head of Growth and CEO to align creative with business priorities
• Write briefs, scripts, storyboards, and give direction to bring ideas to life
• Build and maintain a lightweight, high-output video engine that ships weekly
• Optimize creative based on performance (CAC, CPA, CTR) and testing

Must-Have Requirements

• 4–6 years in video production, performance creative, or visual storytelling roles
• Proven track record of creating high-performing video ads for Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
• Strong ability to lead creative direction and manage production workflows
• Hands-on experience sourcing and managing creators, editors, and freelancers
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, CPA, CTR)
• Fluent in the tone, mindset, and needs of U.S. small business audiences

Bonus Points

• You’ve run your own business — even for a short time
• Experience at a startup or D2C brand
• American-born or native-level cultural understanding of the U.S. market
• Strong creative instincts in scripting, editing, or directing
• You’ve built content from scratch with minimal resources
