Head of Growth – Webtronic

Webtronic is looking for a Head of Growth to take our marketing operation to the next level across multiple comparison brands in the US market.

Our strength lies in executing large-scale performance campaigns with precision—generating millions of leads across competitive verticals.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Own the company’s growth strategy end-to-end, with a focus on paid acquisition and lead generation

Build, manage, and scale paid media operations—with emphasis on Facebook Ads, but also including other relevant channels.

Launch and optimize lead-gen funnels, landing pages, and conversion flows

Analyze performance data daily to improve CAC, LTV, ROI and unlock new opportunities

Collaborate with design, dev, SEO and content teams to align user acquisition with funnel performance

Recruit, lead, and mentor a small team of media buyers and growth marketers

Research and test new growth channels, tools, and automation tactics

Align growth KPIs with company objectives and report directly to the CEO

✅ What We’re Looking For

4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially with Facebook Ads in high-CPC, high-competition environments

Proven track record of generating leads at scale with strong ROI

Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset – comfortable designing systems from scratch

Deep understanding of landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, and funnel-based marketing

Highly analytical with strong command of tools like GA, GTM, Looker/Data Studio, etc.

Self-starter with high ownership and entrepreneurial mindset

Prior leadership or team management experience – strong advantage

🚀 Bonus Points

Experience in affiliate marketing, comparison websites, or US consumer lead-gen

Familiarity with marketing automation tools, scripts, webhooks, and tracking frameworks (Meta CAPI, Zapier, etc.)

Past work with verticals such as home services, financial services, or insurance

Fluent English – written and spoken
