About the Role –

• Join as the first DevOps hire, reporting to the team lead
• Take full ownership of all DevOps processes across the company
• Work closely with the company's Architect (who previously handled DevOps tasks)
• Define, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment flows
• Drive best practices in scalability, reliability, monitoring, and automation

Requirements:

• 6 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Strong background in Linux-based environments
• Proven experience with AWS, including managing cloud infrastructure at scale
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Previous experience working in startup environments
• Advantage: Military tech background (elite unit)
