🔍 We're Hiring: Network Engineer | Defense Industry | Based in Be’er Ya’akov

A leading defense company is looking for a talented and experienced Network Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of enterprise communication infrastructure.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Define and characterize tools and processes to improve the industrial communication infrastructure environment.
• Provide communication and network engineering support to system engineers and project managers.
• Troubleshoot communication failures and identify network load issues within the plant’s infrastructure.
• Design and define interfaces between network management tools and enterprise system environments.
• Act as System Admin for NAC software platforms.
• Support projects from planning through testing, daily operations, infrastructure deployment, and customer delivery.
• Serve as Tier 2 support for the NOC in resolving network issues.
• Manage physical network connectivity (add/remove network points) across all factory buildings.
• Define, enforce, and write procedures for version updates, switch hardening, and monitoring tools usage.

🎯 Requirements:

• Certified in Networking / Engineering / Software – mandatory.
• Proven hands-on experience in networking – mandatory.
• Advantage: Experience in scripting / software tools integration.
• Advantage: Experience with network monitoring tools, communication management systems, NAC, IMC.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – verbal and written.
• Security clearance level 1 – an advantage.
