Job Description:

We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, which includes a wide range of electronic and mechanical components. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with the Priority system. The position involves working closely with production, engineering, procurement, and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute all warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, and distribution.
• Receive, inspect, label, and store electronic and mechanical components according to part numbers and warehouse procedures.
• Generate shipping documents and coordinate inter-warehouse transfers.
• Prepare kits for production and development teams based on assembly and engineering needs.
• Perform and oversee inventory counts and ensure real-time updates in the Priority system.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with internal procedures.
• Serve as the main point of contact for warehouse-related interfaces with internal departments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse lead/supervisory role – mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with Priority system – mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic and mechanical components – strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and high reliability.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Basic technical understanding of part numbers, BOMs, and Engineering drawings – advantage.
• Fluent in Hebrew, working-level English – advantage.
