Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Windows-based infrastructure.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Entra ID.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management tools.
• Familiarity with network protocols and infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.).
• Experience with implementing security policies and best practices in a cloud environment.
• Project leadership capabilities and the ability to independently drive complex initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fast self-learner with a passion for new technologies.
• High proficiency in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
