Role Description

The ideal candidate is patient, organized, and comfortable communicating with engineering and technical users.

We are looking for a reliable, service-oriented Technical Support Representative to handle first-line support for Exponet’s customers, with a strong focus on answering phone calls and providing basic technical assistance. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bnei Brak, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls regarding Exponet’s systems
• Provide clear assistance for common system questions and issues
• Troubleshoot basic technical problems, escalate complex cases
• Track support cases and follow-ups to ensure resolution

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles
• Strong communication skills with a calm, professional phone presence
• Basic technical understanding, ability to learn new systems (training provided)
• Familiarity with the construction or engineering industries – advantage
• Fluent Hebrew, basic English
• Organized, reliable, service-oriented
