Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior React Developer at Exponet, based in Bnei Brak with flexibility for some remote work.

The Senior React Developer will lead cross-team product modernization efforts, focusing on migrating legacy Exponet systems to modern web platforms. The role involves hands-on development in React, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and an opportunity to shape the technical architecture of the next-generation Exponet system.

Responsibilities

• Lead React development across Exponet’s modernization program
• Drive system migration efforts from legacy technologies (ASP.NET/.NET) to modern web stacks
• Collaborate with system analysts, back-end developers, and product owners
• Contribute to front-end architecture, scalable design, and best practices
• Actively guide and mentor junior developers as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web development experience, with strong expertise in React (latest versions)
• Proven experience migrating legacy systems to modern platforms (advantage: .NET migration experience)
• Strong TypeScript skills, API integration, UI/UX knowledge
• Product-focused mindset with experience in complex, enterprise-grade systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Fluent Hebrew, proficient English
