Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and passionate senior R&D mechanical engineer, with a hands-on approach, to join our R&D team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core products with the ability to create fast iteration, and rapid prototyping and lead to mass production.
• Lead the product development life cycle from concept to feasibility, risk analysis, prototyping, design, implementation and validation of components.
• Test prototypes and develop agile testing systems methodologies to ensure the highest standards of quality.
• Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal departments.
• Write and review R&D documentation including requirements, test protocols, analysis of test results and report generation for continuous learning and improvements.
• Lead engineering changes and continuously improve our product designs.

Requirements

• Brilliant mechanical engineer with at least 5+ years of experience in mechanical design.
• Solid experience with SolidWorks
• Experience in design for medical devices.
• Experience in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) - an advantage.
• Experience with PLMs and ECOs.
