Product Designer

As the Product Designer for the Neuron team, you will own the end-to-end design of Exon’s innovative Data and OPS platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders to craft intuitive, elegant, and scalable interfaces that empower our teams to make data-driven decisions effortlessly.

You’ll be responsible for translating complex internal workflows into simple and impactful user experiences. Own and manage our design system and help shape the future of how data products are experienced across the organization.

Job responsibilities:

• Design user-centric internal tools that make complex data workflows simple and effective for non-technical users.
• Work and collaborate closely with product managers, data analysts, and engineers from discovery through delivery—collaborating from the initial problem framing and user research to the design, implementation, and refinement of complete product solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders and users across departments.
• Own and evolve Neuron’s design system, ensuring visual and UX consistency across modules and feature sets.
• Translate insights into actionable design decisions—from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Work closely with developers during implementation, ensuring high-quality UI/UX execution and fast feedback cycles.
• Contribute to strategic product thinking by synthesizing feedback, data, and product goals into cohesive design decisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience as a product or UX/UI designer, preferably working on internal tools, data-heavy products, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Degree in Visual Communication \ Interactive Design or related degree.
• Strong Visual Design Foundations – Deep understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, iconography, and visual elements, with proven ability to design effective data visualizations.
• Experience designing systems for data visualization, dashboards, or reporting interfaces is a significant plus.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re proactive, autonomous, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in usability testing and iteration.
• Bonus: Familiarity with affiliate marketing, ad tech, or data visualizations.
