Automation Team Lead

A Cyber startup developing a cloud-based platform for secure and high-speed enterprise communication. The company’s mission is to simplify IT complexity by consolidating communication and security capabilities into a single cloud-native platform enhancing speed, efficiency, and reducing operational costs.

Their solution delivers a complete enterprise communication suite that bridges the gap between the needs of modern digital businesses and the rigid, expensive infrastructure of traditional telecom providers, through a Cloud-Native Carrier architecture.

Located near Azrieli in Tel Aviv, the company offers a hybrid work model. They employ around 700 people globally, including 400 in Israel.

About the Role-

• Reporting to the Engineering Manager
• Managing a team of 5 Automation Developers
• 40% hands-on development
• Part of the Core Networking group
• Responsible for building automation infrastructure in Python
• Conducting performance testing on complex network environments
• Working with switches, routers, boards, and advanced lab setups
• Developing test environments and automation frameworks for networking systems

Requirements-

• 2 years of experience as an Automation Team Leader
• 3 years of hands-on experience with networking products
• In-depth knowledge of networking, network protocols, switching, routing
• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
• Experience in performance and stress testing – an advantage
