We’re looking for a tech-savvy, process-oriented individual with a passion for customers and systems.

The role includes system implementation, onboarding, and advanced technical support (not a call center!).

Responsibilities

Full-cycle system implementation and training (remote/on-site)

Tier 2/3 technical support for complex issues and troubleshooting

Ongoing communication with clients, development, and QA teams

Qualifications

Experience in software implementation (preferably attendance systems)

Solid understanding of payroll accounting and labor law – mandatory

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end

Experience with attendance systems - advantage

Advanced Excel skills - advantage
