Job Description Summary

Management, maintenance, and organization of the warehouse, including all storage areas, inventory, and the inventory management system (Maximo CMMS). Ensuring the availability, accuracy, and proper maintenance of spare parts, tools, and materials. Leading and supporting replenishment, procurement, annual inventory, logistics and shipping, receiving, and issuing processes for spare parts, tools, and materials. Developing warehouse management procedures and maintaining up-to-date records in the inventory management system (Maximo CMMS).

Warehouse Management Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management

• Manage and maintain the warehouse, including all storage areas, to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise all warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring effective daily operations.
• Ensure the availability, accuracy, and proper maintenance of spare parts, tools, and materials to meet power plant needs.
  
  

• Monitor, control, and update inventory levels to ensure the availability and accuracy of stock.
• Perform regular cycle counts and lead the execution of the annual physical inventory count and reporting.
  
  

• Monitor inventory levels and update Maximo CMMS to reflect real-time data on stock levels.
• Update necessary information, such as spare parts descriptions.
  
  

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and order details.
• Issue spare parts, tools, and materials in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining appropriate records.
  
  

• Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of stock.
• Track pending orders and follow up with suppliers as needed.
  
  

• Manage dispatch logistics and shipping processes, including packaging, documentation, and coordination with transport providers.
  
  

• Develop and implement warehouse management procedures to improve efficiency, traceability, and safety.
• Identify and act on opportunities to optimize storage layout, stock handling, and system usage.
  
  

• Proven experience in warehouse or storekeeping roles, preferably in an industrial or power station environment.
• Proficient in warehouse/inventory management systems.
• Valid forklift operation license.
• Valid overhead crane operation license.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, logistics, and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
