A fast-growing Cloud Security startup, the company has developed a platform that secures cloud infrastructure by leveraging operational data typically owned by operations teams and making it easily accessible and contextually relevant for security teams.

Their system utilizes runtime data to protect cloud environments, enabling organizations to reduce alert fatigue by up to 90%, quickly trace the root cause of cloud security threats up to 10 times faster, and respond automatically in real-time through a unified interface.

The company has raised $80M from leading global cybersecurity investors and employs around 120 people in Israel. Their offices are located in Tel Aviv, near the train line, and they offer a hybrid work model with two days from home.

Responsibilities-

• Develop and maintain server-side features in a modern cloud security platform.
• Work with Java in a microservices architecture.
• Design and implement scalable backend components integrated with cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security and operations.
• Take part in building real-time and automated security response features.
• Participate in CI/CD processes to ensure high deployment velocity and stability.

Requirements-

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience with Backend Engineering in a high-level programming language (e.g. Java, C#, Python, Go)
• Experience with cloud platforms and products (e.g. AWS, GCP and Azure)
• Experience implementing data-intensive systems (message queue technologies)
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• Experience with microservices based architecture
